For the total $300 I paid I wish it was better
The first room they put us in smelled like someone just smoked a pack of cigarettes and my wife is so allergic to smoke and she kept coughing for awhile. They did move us to another room though, but it was so loud outside the parking lot because there was some teenage party of some sort. I was gonna ask for a discount but I just left it alone. Plus I was blindsided by the $25 parking charge per day. We were gonna stay another night but decided not to.

They had no towels in my room or body wash! I had my son in shower so I called and no one showed up and had to go down stairs to ask for them again, it was about 10pm and they said that they had no towels! They gave me bar soap which was face wash, all in all bad hotel, they were fixing the elevator so it was super noisy at 8am

We chose the Embassy Suites based on their good reputation. However, when we arrived, our room felt dirty. The carpets needed to be cleaned, and I recommend that the bathrooms be repainted, and the room freshened up. The shower floor felt sticky, as if something had been removed but the residue was not cleaned properly. My main concern arose when we visited the complimentary breakfast. The sign posted indicated that it was only for registered guests, but I felt that one or two individuals in line were not guests, but came in from off the street. To make matters worse, my husband was verbally accosted by one of these individuals. Something to investigate for the safety of the guests. We were disappointed when we took our grandchildren to the pool, and we were told that we could not use the pool because it had been rented for a party for the day. Another disappointment was the food and drinks from the restaurant. Poorly made drinks and the food was not good. We will continue to stay at the Embassy Suites, but probably not the one in Anaheim on Frontera St.

This was our hotel to stay at - we have stayed here three time. I will not stay again. This property was nice, not anymore, the housekeeping left our door open the whole day while we were gone, they did the bed so they were there. The safe was not working, and the overnight staff was rude, they don’t give damn about helping, wearing headphones when you try to engage, didn’t bother to help, because the self help cashier machine wasn’t working. Both of my friends who are families with small children said they turned on the tv and had soft porn automatically on the channel - that is two different rooms with two different groups!!! Our bathroom smelled like urine and mold. The day staff was super nice and the bed was very comfortable, the omelette guy is a wonderful employee.

WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I recently had reservations from out of state. The pictures on the website were beautiful, but the reality was horrific and I must say, it was a disastrous experience. The hotel advertised itself as undergoing "small renovations," but the reality was far worse. Both the inside and outside were in complete disarray—there was no pool, no spa, no breakfast bar, and absolutely no lobby. It felt more like a construction site than a place to relax. Upon entering, we were greeted by signs warning of loud noises and dust. The noise was unbearable; it sounded like a sledgehammer going off non-stop.They also had a sign stating they were not responsible for any damage to vehicles in the parking lot, which added to our discomfort. My granddaughter was so frightened by the atmosphere that we felt we had no choice but to leave. She felt like she was in a haunted house. To make matters worse, the hotel would not issue any refund or credit for our stay, despite our numerous attempts to speak with the manager, who was never available and the hotel worker was rude and unprofessional. I advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. It was a truly unsettling experience, and I regret not heeding the warnings. Save yourself the trouble—don't stay here!

There was a person upstairs room rolling a heavy ball sounded like for hours and I was so tired trying to rest kept waking us up I tried calling front desk but seemed phone wasn’t connected and we found hairs rolled on one of the beds

Hotel in general looks nice, but room was run down looking. I love that breakfast stays open longer than other hotels. Seems to not have much staff on at night since security delivered towels. Staff didn’t seem happy or professional (some front desk not smiling, security banged on door when delivered towels like the police) you have to pay for parking through an app. The room in general smelled like moldy old AC unit. I notice mold growing on sliding door.
