Nice stay..just over night but the lady that helped us check in gave us so much need to know info about the hot air balloon fiesta we came to see. Very spacious room, lots of privacy. Will be back!

Amazing stay
Loved my stay at this hotel. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Albuquerque.

Unpleasantly surprised that I prepay in full & will be charged for parking —not necessary in ABQ. ALSO the $100 hold needs to come off my cc within 24 hrs… Dead bugs in bathroom. Musty lingering smell in the room. Disappointed

The property is beginning to show deterioration. The ceiling at the air supply was black, the carpet dirty with ripped area. The area for the dogs had dog poop and a dirty baby diaper.

Our stay here was great! Front desk staff was friendly and was able to check us in with no problems. Lobby area/breakfast are is inviting and comfortable. Pool area had a great vibe and include a firepit. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable!

The deadbolt on the door wasn’t working. A cushion was missing from the sofa with exposed Velcro where it was supposed to be. Kids putting their hands in the bread/bagel container at breakfast. No vegan food choices. I saved a few bucks staying here, but wish I had just spent the extra $20.
