The area in general was nice had plenty of eating and market options and the room was very spacious the only issue we had was that our sink was clogged and no one came to fix after we called. The parking is very limited and in the evening the area doesn't feel as safe to walk around.

We came in fairly late so I take that into consideration but my room looked like someone checked in and then left towels were used and soap carpet was stained and there were burn holes in the curtains water pressure was horrible in the shower had to stand close to it to wash off..

The bathroom mirror & wallpaper were peeling & the shower head wouldn't stay where you put it. The service at the restaurant was very very slow, 10-15 minutes to be greeted, we weren't allowed to sit in the dining area, just the bar where you sat under the a/c vent. When our starter, salad & entrée were finally served all at once the hot food got cold really fast because of the air blowing on it so I didn't eat much of it. Cold food cold, hot food hot & stage the courses.

Even though the neighborhood was great, the people at the hotel werent that much. Front desk wasnt much help and were not friendly. People at the breakfast buffet were very friendly and accomodating.

2nd time staying there.
My visit the virat time was so nice i stayed twice. and when I reported an issue with my room and by the time i parked my car and came back it was already resolved. Everyone there is extremely friendly.

Beds/Pillows were clean and comfortable
Room was fine, a little old. The tub had chips in it, the shower didn't work the best. Little things like our iron didn't work and ice bucket was broken. The biggest thing was we tried to sit outside to play cards after a long day and got run inside due to cockroaches. We then found a space in a common area and unfortunately encountered another cockroach. Thankfully we didn't have any in our room. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
