This hotel is perfect example of corporate greed. Very limited amenities, very small "king" room. No free coffee or breakfast available, $15 per night to park our car with nowhere to charge it. Crowds of people just hanging about the place drinking, inside and outside makes it feel unsafe. The police command station with flashing blue lights definitely adds to the urban inner city feel in a bad way. Most annoying was the street noise and sirens all night. Bed was comfortable though.

The lobby of the hotel is absolutely beautiful and you can tell they really take care of it. The room could use some updates and more tlc in the bathroom. There was no hot water in the bathroom, lukewarm at best, same with the hot tub and the jets did not work which was disappointing. Overall, just an okay hotel to stay at.

First room had an issue with the lock so they Gave us a second room and said it was a suite. Turned out to be a handicap room. You have to pay for parking on top of your room. Balcony was filthy. Hairs on bed. Bugs and flies in room.

The view downtown framed by the Rockies was the best thing about this hotel, followed by decent food in the restaurant. The cold-water hot tub, the tricky doors to get to the underground parking and the bizarre system to use the (free) parking, not to mention the broken ice machine on our floor, and the lack of local TV stations to watch any of the Olympics while we were there? Not so much.

Was just fine. Make sure to allow time for the elevator especially around check in/check out time. A few of the ice machines weren't working and the hot tub was out of order. Other than that was a good stay
