From the moment we walked in to the moment we left the staff was exceptionally friendly, rooms were very clean and the facility overall was beautiful. If I had one complaint it would be that I had to pay $20 to park, but that's because it was in a city parking garage. Looking forward to staying there again.

I understand that the world changes and smoking marijuana is legal in the home, however, there are those of us who do not wish to smoke or be around it. The hotels need to come up with some sort of policy that restricts the use of this because not only me and my and my sister have to deal with the smell of the neighbors, so did young children. I despite the sweet staff and wonderful facility, we will not be staying again.

You could do a little better, but a lot worse.
Nice hotel in a great location. Some areas had noticeable dust, and the furniture and carpets showed some wear, but the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean. The staff was very friendly, and the amenities, including a bar and indoor pool, were a plus. However, the breakfast was very disappointing. The scrambled ‘eggs’ sat in water, the turkey sausage was tough and flavorless, the ‘homemade’ waffles were dried out and crumbly, and the coffee tasted like dirty water, lacking any real coffee flavor. To be fair, breakfast is my favorite meal, and I’m a bit of a coffee snob, so my opinion may be on the harsher side.

Nice hotel, right on the beach/boardwalk. Our room (11th floor) had a bit of an odd odor- maybe a dog had been in there before us?? Breakfast was decent. My only negative was the parking - didn’t like that the garage was across the street and hotel guests were only permitted to park on levels 3-5. Not super convenient if you have to leave and return multiple times during your stay.

Staff is TOP SHELF!!! Warm welcoming. Room was nice and clean. Need a little more attention on the vacuuming in the hall ways and elevator area. LOVE the hot Breakfast especially the Turkey sausage option. Breakfast staff was wonderful and friendly. 1 bedroom suite is a nice option for the price. Overall 9 out of 10..

The barking dog in the room next to ours barked incessantly. The hotel eventually ungraded our room moving us to a different location. The bar/restaurant on the main level played music so loud from 4-10pm that you could hear it blocks away. And, of course, in your room. There was nothing relaxing about staying at this pricey hotel.

Overall it was ok, wish they give people options online when a hotel is that high to choose the floor , we were located in the last floor 20 and some people are afraid of heights. The parking location not convenient if you traveling alone with kids. The breakfast, and the stuff where overall great.
