Only 1 elevator was working so it took 20-30 minutes every time to get from our room on the 7th floor to the ground floor. Definitely feel like we should have received a discount for the inconvenience!

All I can say is you get what you pay for. The staff was nice. It’s limited parking unless you go to the over flow lot which is no where near the hotel. You have to call everyday if you want your room clean or you need towels by 11:00am. But when my husband called, we didn’t get them. My husband had to go to the front desk to get them. If you seat on the balcony. You don’t have any privacy. The TV is small. The bathroom is small. The ice machine has mold in it. All I can say again is you get what you pay for. I will never book there again.

Parking onsite is limited. There is overflow across the street behind a shopping area, which was fine and easy to find. If you have extra vehicles, there is a parking garage one block up. Overall a great affordable place to hit the beach. Right in the middle of the pier and the Neptune statue.

I didn't like anything about.No one spoke english in the house keeping staff. Everything in hotdl was old. Therooms were small. The elevators we slow & old, not enough of luggage carts. The whole hotel needed to be revamped. Will not be staying there anymore.

Overall dirty and dated. Slowed elevators I have ever seen. Halls and room were somewhat dirty and drain in shower didn’t work well. Mold in shower also. Looked like cleaners didn’t really care. Would never stay again go somewhere else.
