Didn’t get the room I booked, Changed my room mid stay, Charged me a different price for my hotel Made absolutely no effort to compensate me in any way whatsoever Toilet wouldn’t flush had to use kettles for flushing. Blamed last minute for big bill 😢

The Pavilion is centrally located and has a lovely atrium area where you can sit and relax. Staff are lovely and are keen for you to have a good stay and address any issues. Check in and out is very easy.

The position in relation to sites we wished to visit in Canberra and the quietness of the building. My only query was the amount of time taken to produce the evening meal. I definitely will return when visiting Canberra

We have stayed multiple times at the Pavilion. It is always clean, comfortable and convenient. The Atrium bar with happy hour is always a bonus.

The entrance & ground floor are a lovely place to sit & read, enjoy a coffee or have a meal. The only thing I could criticize is that on Sunday night the wait for service & subsequent meal was long. The food was excellent.
