The only thing that I wish the Fairmont would consider is adding more lights to the room. It’s rather dark in the evening inside my room and same case when I stayed at the Century city Fairmont. Location is great, just kinda dark in the evening Evan after I turn on all the lights

The people working at the hotel were pleasant and helpful. The airline lost our luggage and thankfully Fairmont helped with extra items to get us thru the next morning.
