the woman working at the desk was incredibly rude to my wife as she was trying to check in with our 10 month old baby at 830pm. I'm not sure of your policy exactly, but it needs to be looked into.
the reservation was in my name, but i was held up at work so i sent my wife to take our baby to sleep. My wife has the same last name as me, and she also had my credit card for the payment. The lady at the desk decided she could be "a crazy ex" or someone "trying to steal my room." My baby was crying in my wife's arms as she called me and I had to "confirm" my address (which I didn't even give when I reserved the room so she didnt even have our address on file).
It was extremely unprofessional and rude for an employee to treat my wife the way she did, when all she was trying to do was check into the room so she could put our baby to sleep.
Location good to my family event ,however shower chair for room was not good and collapsed twice ,also when i checked out somehow i was inadvertently extended too longer in the week otherwise we survived. Breakfast was excellent. Pool was good.
My trip was good the rooms was nice and clean.Only thing I can say that kind of made me feel bad was the elevator did not have air conditioning in it and if anything would have happened with the elevated it would have been a real hot in there. My family met another family there in the pool and also an older lady came and joined us in the pool we had a great time laughing talking and playing a game with the ball.
Heavy used older building showing ware and tear. Room smelled of potent and unpleasant deodorant. The move in cart was warn to the point barely useable.
Amazing front desk super helpful and accommodations were great

I had bought the insurance as the selected hotel was not the hotel I wanted — MacClenny Hampton instead. I had tried six times to use the insurance system to change reservation to no avail. Worst system ever.
