The hotel was amazing. It was beautiful both inside and out. The smell when you walk in grabs your attention. Its like cologne blowing thru the vents. The staff, especially the front desk, Geniva was outstanding. Professional, and very courteous. She remembered my name and greeted me each evening after my seminar. Lastly, the water amenities sent this place over the top. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool each day. Would absolutely recommend this hotel. 10 stars all around.

Nice one night stay
We had a great stay. We were able to check in 2 hours early which we appreciated so we could enjoy the pool. The check in process was quick and easy with a friendly staff member. She also wished us a Happy Anniversary. We also received champagne and chocolate covered strawberries with a handwritten card. That was a nice surprise we appreciated.

Valet Chaos
Hotel is older with and historical charm. It's updated as needed and comfortable. The only negative, and it's a big one in this area, is you can only park your car using valet service and it's very chaotic. I don't know if the valets are hotel employees or this is a private company, but you use a text system that unreliable and frustrating at times. Day on I requested the car, told would be ready in "17 minutes" and 30 minutes later was still waiting. Next day I was brought the wrong keys and tipped the wrong valet. I was almost accosted by valet that did bring my car who ended up starting an argument with the other valets. I was told I would not be charged the $55 day fee, but I have not seen the credit at time of this writing Please give guests the option to park their own vehicles if they prefer.

I enjoyed the service given by the restaurant staff and the workers at the hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the atmosphere and look of the hotel. It was very beautiful, especially the outdoor space just off of the restaurant. While I enjoyed the stay, I thought the hotel room could have been cleaner. There was a lot of dust on the furniture and the room itself just lacked extras. Also, it was very difficult to get streaming services on the tv in the room.

I liked that it was easy to get to from Union Station. The outside and inside of the property is beautiful, lobby area is nice. The front desk agent, Rumola was amazing during check-in going above and beyond, David at the concierge station was amazing, going above and beyond. The Marquee Loung was great, the bartender/hostess, Ayalew was pleasant and provided great service. He is very knowledgeable at his job (A ). The dining area had an inviting atmosphere and clean, the hostess was on point, especially the woman who hosted in the morning (8/24 - 8/26), I forgot to get her name. As I sat and eat, I saw how she interacted with the guests to be seated, handing their requests with ease and with a smile, I was amazed. The food, atmosphere and servers were great as well. My hat off to the chef and cooks. My room was comfortable and clean. I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the pool, but it looked inviting. The front desk agent, Cristal was very nice during checkout. Overall, the staff members were friendly, helpful and great. My only dislike was the coffee wasn’t hot enough at the cafe, but the servers are amazing!
