The heater in my room didn't work. I didn't exactly feel safe as a woman traveling alone especially when a worker knocked on my door and asked to enter my room to look at the electrical panel. I let him in and he walked straight into the bathroom, looked around and walked back out. Overall felt very suspicious. I'm glad I was only staying there for 1 night

We really enjoyed our stay and will be recommending this hotel to others. Great location - quiet and safe, within walking distance to all major points of interest. Professional and attentive staff, clean and very spacious room with full kitchen plus a nice restaurant on site with enough menu choices at reasonable prices. Secure closed parking garage is another bonus.

This is my go to place to stay in DC. Close to GWU and the metro. Housekeeping came knocking around 8 am every day which woke me up one day. Remember to put out the DND sign! Front desk staff is courteous but not friendly. Room was very clean. Bathroom was very clean but it’s starting to show wear. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are so comfortable. I like this place the most of the other places I’ve stayed.

There is very limited parking. The restaurant was closed on the weekend, all three nights. Parking is 1 1/2 block away. Handicap access is limited. The desk staff are very nice.

The one thing I did not like was not being able to control room temperature. It was well under 60 degrees and I was cold. Other than that I really liked the bed and bathroom. Spacious closet and vanity area.

The front desk lady was not very helpful. There were no microwaves or fridges in rooms or any in a shared common area for us to use. The restaurant was not open that day (Sunday at supper/dinner time). We couldn't change our room temperature ourselves. They had to bring up a mobile heater. It was not worth the money. The location was convenient and the room had a safe but I will look for other places to stay before choosing this one again.
