A wine country getaway is like an operatic aria. A soulful bonding of family and friends with the allure of winemaking and wine itself. This home is well-suited for just that kind of melodic adventure, so we call this house “The Santa Rosa Aria”. We invite you here to express yourself and compose your own personal aria.
Presented for the singular purpose of providing you with a relaxed stay, this 1,700 square foot residence has three bedrooms. A cozy living area. A spacious dining area. A well-equipped kitchen. All the amenities you would expect. And, a fun backyard.
The LIVING ROOM is enclosed by a large cushy sectional sofa. The wall- mounted TV can be the star of the show or maybe you and your crew will enjoy a board game at the coffee table. This couch is so comfortable you may even fall asleep on it.
A generously-sized dining table centers the sun-drenched DINING ROOM. Enjoy take-out, delivery or your own cooking in the four upholstered chairs.
The KITCHEN is well-equipped with probably every pot, pan and utensil you will need to cover the culinary spectrum from spur-of-the-moment cupcakes to a well-planned gourmet feast.
Three barstools along a counter separate the dining room from the kitchen. Chill with that bottle of wine you took home from your favorite winery, or sip your morning coffee.
Upstairs is where you’ll find the THREE BEDROOMS. Each bedroom is bright, has supple bedding and plenty of closet space.
The MASTER BEDROOM includes an en-suite bathroom and a California king size bed. Nightstands, a long dresser, a side chair, a full-length mirror and a wall-mounted TV fill out the master.
Guests will also get a good night’s sleep in BEDROOM #2 and BEDROOM #3 on the queen size beds. Both have dressers and one includes a dedicated desk with chair (a great place to get work done).
Two full BATHROOMS are upstairs with an additional HALF-BATHROOM downstairs.
The house is definitely kid friendly and supplied with plenty of toys, a highchair and a Pack ’n Play.
A WASHER and DRYER are on-site for your convenience.
OUTSIDE:
The BACKYARD is very kickback oriented. A mix of patio space and a grass area.
Two large umbrellas are what stand out most. One umbrella shades a four-top table (outdoor dining or a glass of wine under the stars). The other umbrella can be adjusted to cover a smaller two-top table or the two chaise lounge patio chairs.
A gas grill is there for you to show off your barbecues skills.
The FRONT PORCH is just as relaxing as the backyard. Kids will go crazy over the swing and grown-ups will fall for the hammock.
For your convenience, you’ll have a RESERVED PARKING SPOT in the driveway and plenty of street parking. This is a pleasant neighborhood with all new homes. You will feel safe parking here.
Your furry pets are welcome. Please let us know if your furry friends will be accompanying you at the time of booking. A $200 per-stay charge is required.
There is an attached granny unit with a separate entrance. Once you arrive to the property you’ll see a set of exterior stairs. The unit is also rented as a vacation rental and will not share the backyard with you. The only two things they share with you is a spot on the driveway and if they need to throw away trash or recycling they will have access to the trash bins behind the gate. The unit is a total separate dwelling and it’s a wonderful vacation rental. EV CHARGER:
