This hotel is very impressive. There is no extra charge for parking, the rooms were very nice and the bed provided one of the best nights sleeps I've had in a long time. We enjoyed our burger and the breakfast in Adam's Rib. All in all a great value and stay. The location was in the nicest neighborhood.

Upon check in staff did not inform us that there was No housekeeping. No hooks for towels in bathroom. Towels grey and worn out. Watery coffee in restaurant for $3. Noisy party past 11 pm. Over $200 per night NOT WORTH IT.

The Floor had tiles that were damaged and were peeling off the floor. The wall had part of the paint that was peeling and cracked. The Door frame to the bathroom was chipped and Dirty. Looked more like a $80 place to stay. The picture that they put up on the site, take that and make it more Drab then you have an accurate idea of the room i got.

Guests (girls) Screaming yelling and racing up and down halls at midnight slamming doors and disrupting guests on 3rd floor. Need security to walk halls to stop disruptive drunk guests Also, rooms need additional towel racks or towel hooks to hang wet towels.

Empty water bottle in room: staff or previous customer? Entrance from rear parking lot wouldn’t work with keycard, had to wait for someone leaving to get in. Soda machine out of order. Checked out and asked for a receipt and was told to get it from Expedia. Shower door leaked onto bathroom floor. First floor room was noisy and for fresh air we opened the window and the clips holding the screen in place were broken so the screen wouldn’t stay in place. At least the room was clean.
