Terrible experience. Booked for 2 nights for our son's basketball tournament. We went to the front desk night 2 for some towels and were told they were only able to give us 1 towel even though we had 4 people in our room. In the middle or the night the toilet overflowed. We immediately went to the front desk to let them know and tell them there was water all over the floor. We were given a plunger and told maintenance wasnt there and we had to take care of it causing my family to not be able to even go into the bathroom from 1 am until almost 8 am.

There was broken glass when we pulled in the parking lot. We told the desk clerk about the glass....assuming somebody would take care of it. The glass was still there in the morning. We will definitely not be returning to this Comfort Inn. Do I still get my points on Choice Privileges?

Horrible 5 day stay
Rooms were outdated and dirty, beds were completely uncomfortable. The TV was so old didnt even have movie options or at least be smart tv. Windows were completely shut so no fresh air. The bathrooms were destroyed from broken walls, to dirty bathtub was completely disgusting to walk into
