Nicole at front desk was rude and unpleasantly authoritative. She was not interested that i was a Hilton Honors member since i booked the room thru Travelocity did not ask or lookup my membership and said I would not receive any Hilton benefits. Requested an upper floor on the quiet side to which Nicole retorted i should return after 3pm and she that she "may" have a room then. When we returned after 3pm we were given room on 2nd floor after initially requesting upper floor. Very business like and unpleasant experience with Nicole who lacks common courtesy for someone in the hospitality industry. Pool experience was good. Shuttle to Casino was added benefit. Good location.

My go to hotel in the Norwich area
Rooms are consistently clean and well appointed. Staff is friendly, checkin and out is a breeze. Pool and hottub are outstandingly. This is always our 1st choice hotel in the area.

I felt like I did something wrong because I booked through a 3rd party. That came up each time I interacted with someone at the front desk. Even as a Hilton Honor member (although I haven’t been very active) something that is always a given like getting a bottle of water at check in was not offered.

Definitely would stay here again. My only complaint was the pillows are really thin. I joked that it felt like a pillow case with no pillow in it. So I will bring my own pillow next time. Otherwise definitely a great stay.

This was the second time we stayed here. Check in was quick and easy staff was very nice. The room was very nice and very clean. The pool and hot tub was a pleasure to go into. Shuttle service to Mohegan Sun was also nice. We plan on staying another time.
