Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
It was ok - but not great - bed mattresses super cheap and thin- the hallway to the building smells and doesn’t feel like a safe area at all. Getting the key from the lockbox was really annoying as it is across the road at a pub this doesn’t work with heavy luggage and an Uber who is waiting !! Charged for any little thing like an hour early check in or check out However it was just grubby - fingerprints on kitchen cabinets / grubby floors and doors
