Really quick great friendly checkin Room was really clean and very comfortable Breakfast selection was quality plus service and addition of a chef to make some breakfasts to order Dinner started off well professional but the delays on drinks and attentiveness despite being very quiet. Food was as expected so nice Overall stay short and sweet but good

Did get to know about air conditioning! Nothing told when booking in? A double or kingsize booked on arrive singles greeted us? Saturday clean wanted to know if she could clean our room I asked if she could wait till we was going out? We leafy hotel at 10.30am we return at 5pm only to discover our room hadn’t been cleaned?? All in all i believe I’ve been let down big style by the hotel?

The room was quiet. The interior of the room was very dark. The bedding for the pullout out bed was too small. It was clean and there was enough space for all of us.

Great for city centre stay
Stay in Nottingham a few times a year on business and have used most of the gym equipped hotels in the city centre. In my opinion this is the best I've tried so far. Parking is super convenient and secure, nice gym facilities, wonderful breakfast service with amazing friendly staff throughout the hotel. Rooms are a little dated and tired, but that would go for the other similarly priced hotels that I've tried in the area too. Will definitely be my first choice next time. Thanks

The central location of the hotel is perfect. Easy to find, but the car park is a nightmare, spaces are way too small. Check in excellent but there is a very nasty smell in the lobby, which they were aware of. Room was good quites small but ok for our 2 night stay. Whilst the room was cleaned, the table wasnt it was very dusty on arrival and stayed the same throughout our stay. Also coffee cups not cleaned or changed. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the bar area was good, it was suprisingly busy late on. Drinks were expensive! Overall pretty good city center hotel and we would go back again.

Late to the party.
Be advised, check in was over 40 mins late as room was not ready! This resulted in us being late getting to an arranged party. The tables at the bar had food from previous people on them which wasn’t the best. Apart from that it was fine.

The stay here was so convenient. It’s an excellent location, personally we were in Nottingham for a concert and the Motorpoint and it was an ideal location. Car park was easy to find in and the drive into the center was fine. Car park was very secure and parking in general although slightly expensive, was cheaper than alternative car parks near by. Check in was very efficient and staff were very helpful, they also printed off our tickets for us which was very kind. Room was great, just what we needed for the night and a very nice big bed. Bathroom was also spacious. Very comfortable stay and very quiet as well. Reception area is beautiful and would love to come back and make use of the spa facilities and pool. Overall, amazing stay, great staff, great location and efficient service.

Lovely hotel in a great location in the centre of Nottingham. Bar and Lobby really nice but service a little sketchy on a busy Friday evening, possibly understaffed. Rooms more than adequate, Spa/Pool very nice, Breakfast also really good, and served hot
