Worth the stay.
Check in was easy and the concierge was extremely helpful. When booking the room it said 2 queen beds and we received 2 full beds. Extremely clogged shower drain and a massive red stain on the rug near the pull out couch. Breakfast was good. Waffles, eggs and more. Juice and coffee was very nice. The server was fast at refilling the stations as necessary. Check out was fast since we were a 3rd party.

I liked the friendly staff. I disliked being on the fourth and not being able to use the elevator. Also all I got for breakfast was a scone. Waffle batter was empty no bagels etc. nothing left to eat

After driving for 5 hours in heavy traffic wanted to get settled. The shower was challenging. It had not been installed correctly. There was no stop or basin for the water stay as the shower was running. I had better bathroom in third world countries. Will not stay there again. Unforgettable night.

It meets all the basic requirements of a hotel
The sheets were dirty when I first arrived and the doors lock after deadbolting them. One of the Two elevators went out during my stay, so everyone had a single elevator to use. This is a hotel you get a room and a bed it serves its purpose. The staff were great, nice, and respectful!

No refrigerator; had medicine that needed to be refrigerated and it required trips to the ice machine. Very dirty and frayed carpet; saw a small insect by AC.
