I really liked this hotel. The room was small but lovely decorated and clean. It had everything you needed for a short stay. The staff are warm and welcoming and very helpful. The pool was a nice size and a small gym, it was clean and catered to everything you needed. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.

Very overpriced restaurant onsite, slow service. One lift felt very unsafe, water from taps was chalky white in colour so couldn’t use for teeth or shower. Double room left almost no room to get around the bed

I was allocated a room which was really small, noisy from the lifts going up and down for two nights. I went to the front desk with my complain, thanks to CARRIE for changing me to another room which was big, clean, quiet and really beautiful. I even added another night stay because I felt so happy. Carrie keep it up you are the best. All the way from the USA you treated me the best. The breakfast is really good. Juliet USA

When I checked into the hotel I was taking a shower and noticed a bug on the towel It happened with finding bugs around the room a day after I did get in contact with. Reception and did have someone to look but they didn’t really do much I woke up with bites on my arms and were very itchy . The staff were lovely helpful with guidance to shops just really disappointed about the bug situation.

Really nice hotel and very reasonable price. The rooms were really comfortable and clean. I didn’t use the facilities as I only stayed for one night but the bar/restaurant looked really inviting. Staff were really friendly. I did ask for a quiet room away from the busy main road but unfortunately my room overlooked the road. However, the traffic noise quietened into the evening so it didn’t really disturb me. There are a lot of dining options just outside the hotel if you want to try something different. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in the area.
