Fantastic centrally located spacious house.
Great house for two families with children, a pool and outdoor seating area to socialise and a well equipped kitchen. Free wifi and parking.
Noelle was a helpful friendly host, happy to organise extra things for us and recommend places to eat and visit .

Bon séjour passé à Nouméa. Villa bien située, conforme à l'annonce, près de tout, commerces, bus, plages.....
Dommage que nous n'ayons pu rester une journée de plus, vu que nos vols ont été annulés et reportés !

Séjour de 4 semaines à la Villa Nia
La villa Nia est une très belle prestation, idéalement placée à Nouméa. L’annonce correspond très bien à la réalité. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour. Nous regrettons cependant un litige déclenché 48 heures après notre départ au sujet d'un lit cassé. Un état des lieux à l'arrivée et un état des lieux contradictoire au départ auraient permis de régler les choses à l'amiable et d'éviter cette situation de désagrément pour nous comme pour le loueur.

Accueil chaleureux. Villa superbement située à proximité des plages et du centre.
Accueil très chaleureux et bienveillant. Aucune surprise par rapport à la description de ce coin de paradis. La villa très bien équipée pour passer un très agréable séjour même pour une grande famille. Très bien équipée. Située à proximité des plages et du centre.Nous regrettons seulement de n'avoir pas profité suffisamment de la piscine et du jardin. Sans doute une prochaine fois. Allez-y sans hésiter
