As expected but one terrible experience
We knew we had gone 'budget' and the hotel was what we expected. Clean, smallish rooms, terrific shower pressure and very good sleep. The reception staff were very friendly.We checked in quickly & before time. The breakfast was adequate. We had a problem on the 2nd day at breakfast. My wife & I finished eating and were leaving the restaurant when suddenly a man start screaming (yes, screaming), 'ay! ay! ay!' speaking a language we didn't understand and from his body language we understood he wanted us to put our plates away. Not one to shy away from rudeness I yelled right back at him, though we put away our plates in the dirty dish trolley. I pointed to the plates not put away by other guests, he kept ranting expletives in his language, while picking up those plates! However he did not say one world to the Caucasian guests (we are Indian), he even picked up their plates. I complained to the reception who were very apologetic (even at check out). It seems that breakfast area has been let out and is a Vietnamese restaurant in the evenings. The next morning I informed the reception before breakfast and asked them to ensure there was not incident. This incident was never repeated, thankfully. All that had to done was put a sign on each table asking guests to put away their plates & there would have been no issues. I strongly recommend that this hotel be removed from your website till you investigate this issue and the hotel guarantees that this is never repeated

ok hotel
Room was clean orderly and tidy on arrival no remote for t.v. but for me I only need a comfy bed and a clean shower which I got. Wardrobe was a triple so useful. But to be honest if like me you only need a serviceable room then this was fine. would suit student or single person like me.

OK for the money
The man on reception when I arrived was offhand at best. The other (younger) bloke was much more helpful. The room was ok, and quite cool which was good as it was 35 degrees and no air-conditioning. Breakfast was ok at best, but what you would expect for the money. Location is just far enough from the interesting bits of Prague to get annoying after a couple of days (only 10 minutes walk really). On the whole, it's ok for the money.

Staying in the garage!
Staff was pleasant & accommodating. Non-smoking room stunk of cigarettes due to hotel using old furniture to furnish rooms. No wifi in rooms as advertised. Have to walk through garage to get to rooms & breakfast. Under construction when I was there. Terrible elevator.

Fairly expensive room in a hotel under construction or remodeling. No Wi-Fi in the room, very small and tight shower. The next night I stayed at Ramada at the airport which was much better choice for two third the price and easy access to the city center.

The hotel add is a scam
The experience was horrible. I normally get good hotels by looking on Expedia however Abe hotel posts photos that do not correspond the reality at all. The room just looks similar as on the photos but its definitely that they put some filters or something. The room we got was really in a bad condition itself as well as it wasn't clean. The hotel representative couldn't change it on our demand since there were no other rooms available. Although the location is not bad

very small room, nothing like the pictures
The room I stayed in doesn't look like any of the pictures displayed; unfortunately, I forgot to take some pics to upload them here. There was a small desk very close to the bed, so close in fact that there was no chair and I sat on the bed to work on my laptop. The toilet was also very, very small. I'm 5'9" (1m75) tall and thin, and I almost touched the walls on both sides, plus my knees touched the wall in front of me when I sat. Bathroom (shower and faucet) was small but OK. I made the reservation for a single room. There was a full-sized bed, but with only twin-sized sheets and 1 pillow. The room was left uncleaned 2 days during my 7 nights stay, even though one of those 2 days the "please clean the room" sign was on the door handle. Breakfast buffet was OK, but far from memorable, in a place that looked like an old school cafeteria. Finally, to get to my room, I had to go out of the building from behind, where the entrance of the parking lot is (as well as a car rental company) and then enter the building on the side (the one on the right side in the main picture). Not quite high-class. I it was my first trip to Prague, I'd think I shouldn't expect more for a (more or less) cheap hotel, but I've stayed in other hotels that were in the same price range and were a lot nicer (unfortunately, they were all booked when I planned this trip).

Great stay if you are after somewhere cheap to put your head down, on first impressions the hotel looks run down, and in need of a few quid spent on it to bring it back to life! Unfortunately it doesn't improve. Although its kept clean and the staff were really helpful, (they gave us all the best places too drink and eat) that's it, don't bother with the breakfast, it's really poor! You can get a great breakfast in the square for less than a fiver! The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the town, in the opposite direction we stumbled across a park, plenty of activities for kids, including swings etc. astro turf with footy pitch and basketball court. The is a great place for a budget stay, stag do, etc. if you want a glamour then this is not the place for you.

Location was farther from the city centre than we would have liked however it was quite near the metro and was still within walking distance of the Old Town. Hotel provided all of the basics. TV needs to be addressed as it was extremely old and had no English channels. (just need CNN) Nice to have breakfast included. Staff was quite helpful with questions.

Also ,wenn wirklich alles ausgebucht ist dann können sie dieses Hotel reservieren. Der Zimmer war nicht sauber, die Möbel und Betten sind alt ,nicht so wie bei Fotos. Der Parkplatz für den Auto müssen sie vorher schon organisieren ansonsten müssen eine Stunde durch die Stadt suchen. Bei unsere Aufenthalt hat gerade Maler draußen die Fenster Banken gemählt und hat so viel gestunken nach Farbe ,da müssten wir sofort um 8:00 mit Kopfweh die Zimmer verlassen.

Metà hotel è vecchio, metà è rinnovato
Inizialmente ci avevano assegnato una camera da 4 persone al primo piano...orribile. C’erano capelli sulle lenzuola, pacchetti di patatine per terra, snacks sulle sedie per non parlare delle condizioni della camera, sembrava un vecchio ufficio e il bagno....... Abbiamo richiesto la disponibilità di un’altra camera perché la nostra non era pulita, e sono stati molto pronti e gentili a prepararci un’altra camera che si trovava al terzo piano ed era tutt’altra cosa. Completamente rinnovata, pulita e profumata.

DECEPCIONANTE :(
LLevamos años viajando con Expedia y todos los hoteles responden a las fotos publicitadas, pero en éste último no ha sido así, Indicamos habitación con dos camas y nos asignaron una con cama de matrimonio en una buardilla con un calor sofocante y un ventilador. No hay aire acondiconado por lo que ir en verano es una autentica locura. Nos prometieron habitacion con dos camas para el día siguiente y nuestra sorpresa fue que nos pusieron un sofá cama con todos los muelles fuera con lo cual imposible dormir. NUNCA limpiaron la habitación, El baño oscuro con un agua de ducha imposible graduar. El buffete-desayuno con un personal poco agradable y la comida pasada: pan duro, cereales blandos, zumos hechos con polvo, fruta sólo manzana y oxidada. Y el desayuno hay que realizarlo fuera del hotel, saliendo por una especie de garaje. El único punto es que estaba bien comunicado, recepcionistas agradables, pero no es posible recomendar un hotel tercermundista y con un ruido insoportable. Volveremos a Praga porque es una ciudad preciosa, pero no a este hotel donde la solución final fue echar culpas al patner. Pagamos una habitación que no se corresponde con la fotografia y disfrutamos de otra bastante distinta.
