I would have given 5* but giving 3* because of the rude reception lady. She had an attitude with me since I checked in I don’t know why. She should focus on improving her behaviour or get a back office job not customer facing. Apart from that location is great. It’s a 15 mins walk from the main station and 50 mins walk from Prague Castle. You can easily walk without public transport. Also it’s located on the main street so not outskirts. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Nothing very good but still convenient. Atmosphere not really good just because of the staff. I would recommend this for short stay probably a day or two. For longer than that look for hotels more closer to the tourists attractions.

Basic hotel near one of the main squares. Hotel was clean and generally well-maintained. The AC in my room did not particularly cool, but it was cooler than outside. The free included breakfast was a perk.

A pleasant stay
The stay was really pleasant and good. The rooms were clean, comfortable and you had everything that you required. The check in was smooth, the service was also quite good. The Brunch was a pleasant surprise, I have never enjoyed a free brunch anywhere else.

so so breakfast options, good shower, bed was hard and i could feel the springs. AC was only blowing air, which was a downside in a very warm night. overall good bedroom, attention comes to things to improve 7' walk to tram, 10' walk to metro

Good points: Great location (far enough away from the noisy city centre area, but everything in walking distance). Friendly staff. Very clean room/bathroom. Bed was really comfortable! Good shower (and bath). Good air conditioning. Kettle, tea/coffee and fridge provided. Not so good: Bath towels not very big. Breakfast selection dominated by salads, rice and vegetables. Scrambled eggs and beans not very warm (cereal and small selection of pastries available). Brunch (free) - although a nice touch, this was sandwiches wrapped in cling film left on the side, cheese that was uncovered and luke warm soup. No drinks. The food being left on the side, uncovered and not in a fridge didn't seem very hygienic. If visiting Prague again, I would consider staying here again.

Hotel în is in good location, walking distance to city centre, clean and breakfast is good. Parking is a problem in the area. Hotel has just 7 parking spots and you have to reserve one at the moment you booked your room.
