The hotel is modern, clean, and the staff is very helpful. 5 min walk takes you to buses and trolly/tram and subway. It's near city center and main attractions. We stayed there 2 nights. Next time I would stay there longer. We highly recommend this hotel.

Gem of a hotel
This hotel is conveniently located just off the main street in the new town. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful (shout out to Wella who went out of her way to assist us several times throughout our stay - she was awesome). The hotel room was modern and clean and the breakfast selection was decent and good value. We highly recommend!

Great stay, great location and easy to reach using public transport from the airport, 119 bus to Nadrazi Velaslavin (terminus) then green line to Muzeum and 5 mins walk. Staff nice and pleasant, decent breakfast but could do with topping up the hot items bit more regular. Probably need another staff member working at breakfast to help out. Good room, plenty storage, fridge, safe and tv with toiletries in bathroom. Bit dated and very clean the bathroom, bed comfy, bar only open till 11pm at night.

Great location, nice hotel
Conveniently located to the National Museum, Wenceslas Square, Main Train Station, and a main boulevard with restaurants and shops. The hotel room was comfortable. Breakfast was fine. The only issue was the half glass shower wall did not seal with the tub so the bathroom floor got very wet after a shower.

This was my second stay there so I do come back. The location was great, and the room was comfy. We didn't use any other services. The only thing I didn't care for was the bathmat in the tub. Personally, those things turn me off. Otherwise, great!

The hotel was lovely, very clean and the staff were very polite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back. The shops and Christmas markets were in close walking distance, brilliant location.

Good location just off Wenceslas Square although the proximity is good, the street itself has a few interesting shops you need to pass on the way. That being said, it’s great walking distance to most places and if you’re there for the Xmas markets like I was, you wouldn’t be better situated. The hotel was clean and decorated just fine. The bed was comfortable to a point - it was twin beds pushed together so if you strayed towards the middle in the night then you would find yourself falling between two mattresses. All in all a good stay.

The Fenix has always treated me well. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is one of the best in Czechia. In Prague it is always my "go to" hotel.
