There are two parts to your Marival vacation costs:
A) Lodging costs - the price you pay for the unit you are staying in (see our calendar for specific nightly rates).
B) Mandatory all-inclusive fee. You must pay an all-inclusive fee per person for each night you stay at the resort. Payment is collected by the resort upon check-in (using major credit card). The all-inclusive fee is mandatory and cannot be waived. This fee covers all food, drink, activities and services onsite and any off-site excursions. See below for further details.

Maximum occupancy 6 persons. Minimum occupancy of 3 persons in a 2-bedroom condo. No pets allowed. One-bedroom and three-bedroom condos are also available. Please inquire with owner for rates and availability.

Minimum stay is 3 nights. Stays longer than 7 nights are possible. Please contact owner to arrange.

Holiday dates: Christmas week, New Year's week and Easter week. (Higher room rates and higher all-inclusive rates.)

Each person must pay an all-inclusive fee at the resort upon check in. The all-inclusive fee covers all food and drink (including alcoholic beverages), 1 off-site excursion per person, access to sister resort Marival Resorts, and all on-site activities, housekeeping, etc. Please see below for more details. The ALL-INCLUSIVE FEE IS MANDATORY and cannot be waived.
