Great Relaxing Hotel in Nuevo Vallarta
I would recommend this property to anyone staying in Nuevo Vallarta. The location is perfect, the staff are very genuine and the services are everything you need. Thank you for the great stay, i will be back!

Great place for our one night stay. Friendly and helpful staff and everything super clean. Good breakfast - and again - super clean. No restaurants within walking distance but was only $4 to $6 for Uber or taxi to restaurant row. The only drawback is the pool area isn't great. Would definitely stay here again.

The area around the property is in the early stages of getting started and in a few years will have more options. Currently now near the hotel there is a Waffle House restaurant like IHOP that closes at 2pm daily and a Sushi restaurant. You can order food at the Hilton too that is another option. Best time to walk around or get on a bus in in the day time. A But you can use what is there currently. For instance if you want get around town, you can use the bus which can range from 10 pesos ($0.50 USD ) per person on one line that picks up people on the freeway a short walk from the hotel near the front of Splash Water Hotel . Another bus line charges 18 pesos (About $1.00 USD ) Just ask and also let the driver know if they go near where you want to go they will say yes or no. There are also van type vehicles that are called Combies and they charge about 20 pesos ( About $1.00) .

Great staff- unfortunate location
location is out of the way - you can take ubers as the aeea isnt walkable. Breakfast was not organized and we had to stand in line to get a table.

Overall poor experince
Hotel was not what I was expecting. The traffic noise was very bad in bedrooms and I was told by the manager that we could not change rooms even though we were one of the first guests to check in. Pool area is poor, beside the road with the traffic noise very loud and no towels provided. Breakfast was also not very good, there was not enough tables for the amount of people and they ran out of plates, cups and cutlery. The food shown in the hotel photos is completely misleading and not like what was offered. On the positive side the rooms were nice and very clean and the they offer a complimentary airport shuttle.

With the exception of one incident with one of the housekeeping staff, everyone was exceptional... They went above and beyond to make my stay a great experience... I'm here for dental work and have no transportation and there are few places to eat within walking distance but the food here is really good and they are very accommodating if you need it want ANYTHING. Maya and Sandy and the other girls at the desk are so sweet, Frank, the shuttle driver, and Jaime and Rafael from the kitchen,work very hard to take care of every little thing you might need... And management was quick to resolve any questions about anything. Thank you all for a very nice home away from home...

The room was nice. The shower was weak and not enough water pressure to have a good shower. No microwave in room to reheat any food period. The free breakfast was so bad. Nothing was at all a breakfast id appreciate. No cold milk ever. Remains in a metal un refrigerated container. Hot cakes always cold. My partner got food poisoning from the food from breakfast day 2 and couldn't leave the room for 2 days due to it. When i asked the staff for warm fresh food. I was treated with a cold pissed off response. After that incident i bought my own milk from a store and kept it in my room refrigerated. And only had cereal. The front desk staff however were very polite and helpful. One in particular. Maya. I believe. The pool.had only one working heat jet. Was a little uncomfortable. The chambermaid on the 5th floor was very pleasant and professional. Personally. I wouldn't choose to stay there again unless i had these changes made again.
