The pictures don’t do the place justice. The stay was great we stayed for 5 days. For the comments about air conditioning I want to say that it does work you just have to be patient. What we would do is leave the card in while we went to the pool so when we came back the room could be fresh. The breakfast options were so yummy and the drinks were amazing. Loved it!

We booked this hotel in a pinch because our flight was cancelled and it was a great find. New, clean hotel with all the amenities. Friendly staff and right next to two restaurants. Drinks at the pool were delicious and affordable.

Buen hotel.
El hotel es nuevo, tiene un mes de servicio. En general la experiencia me pareció buena. Su plus es que se localiza en la zona de resorts de la riviera nayarit (ideal porque cuenta con un andador para correr o andar en bicicleta para quienes difrutamos de esas actividades). Contraté el servicio de desayuno incluido. Pero me gusta dejar propina, y hubo un incidente (del cual me di cuenta pero ya no se lo hice saber a la mesera). Le dije que tomara de mi tarjeta propina, con la terminal. Y terminó tomando más dinero del que le autoricé. Me di cuenta hasta que vi mi notificación en el celular, ya que no me dio copia de mi voucher. En lo que respecta al resto, esta bien. Mas atención por parte del gerente en trabajar con la honestidad del equipo de meseras.

Hotel nuevo y muy bonito.
El Hotel es muy bonito, está nuevecito, aún hay detalles en el edificio en los que están trabajando y eso puede resultar un poco molesto. Sin embargo todo se compensa con la disponibilidad y excelente servicio de todo el personal. El espacio de alberca de la azotea es extraordinario, ideal para descansar y disfrutar.
