Too many hidden costs
Although the staff were great and the bar/food very good, it is outrageous that this property is charging extra for use of Internet in the room and for use of the swimming pool/spa. We chose not to indulge the greed although it put a slight dampener on our stay. As a Hotel company please can you ensure hidden costs like this are advertised?

The rooms could do with a hoover around the edge. Light didn’t work properly in the room. Maintenance man was quick coming to the room. He delivered very good customer service The evening meal was awful!

This place has gone downhill I’ve stayed many times over the last 10 years. No house keeping , can’t use the spa for free anymore and a whopping £49 a week to use the internet/ this will be my last stay here.

The Hotel need up.dating no.free WiFi £7 a day rooms very small would only.use this if no were else was available. Gone Cashless .part of Biritania Group.not good Hotels i found . They cut corners lilke the iron froma pound shop

Despite booking a Superior Double Room, the hotel tried to put us in an Executive Lounge. Upon querying this, we were told these were the same things. When the manager came over, she admitted this wasn’t the case & found a Superior Double for us to stay in.

It took nearly 11/2 hrs to check in due to staff shortages. More staff should be trained to deputise in such circumstances. Having said the lady looking after the queue was excellent and should be highly commended for her service. The parking was appalling. I went round and round in circles for over 30 minutes.

The hotel and area na beautiful the staff are lovely the food is not great to be honest but I think if we had ordered from bar menu it would have Ben nicer hubby likes the food we booked through Expedia who sold us a complete lie but the hotel sorted it all out and gave us an amazing room Expedia should not be allowed to post pics of rooms that are not what the hotel provide
