We only stayed for one night but the room and hotel were clean. Breakfast was good but the staff were hard pushed to keep up with demand and things were not replaced quickly enough. My only real complaint was the pillows - the bed was great but the pillows were thin and hard.

Disgusting and Disappointing!!
It was awful. The shower had not been cleaned. There was hair in the shower. The bathroom floor was dirty. I asked for extra pillows as the four you usually get were split between the sofa bed and the queen bed. Had to ask 4 times the lady at the service desk had to call her manager to ask if she could get me the extra pillows and was told no even though the hotel was not fully booked as I have stayed previously when it was really busy. There was a black hair in my beans at breakfast. Never starting there again. Manager was nowhere to be found when I said I wanted to speak to the manager I was told I would have to wait till the next morning. When I was asked what room I was staying in I said the room number quietly but not so quiet that the lady couldn’t hear me but the lady behind the desk said it very loudly which made me feel uncomfortable as there was a group of men stood behind me. The bed was uncomfortable. Overall terrible would be an understatement.

The room was dusty, I had to ask for more pillows as two of the pillows from main bed was put on the sofa bed and were not replaced. The lifts weren’t working. Luckily we didn’t have too many bags.

Used hotel for 2 nights room was clean and fresh, was tidied each day. Staff were welcoming and friendly.
