Easy to access and ample parking. Staff were awesome and made check in/out a breeze. Room was a good size and comfortable bed. Only negative is you know when the bar closes as the walls and doors don’t stop much noise - solution is to be at the bar.

A very comfortable hotel.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel the staff were friendly and spoke English. The room was clean and quiet. The weather was terrible during our stay so we didnt make use of the outside area's. Parking was controlled and spaces were hard to find at the weekend.

Good, but room for improvement.
Restaurant very good, staff very friendly. Our room however, not up to standard. Small, dinghy bathroom, lack of power outlets, lack of a full lenght mirror (!). Room 103 definitely need refurbishment. Breakfast: long queues for the two coffemachines, why not have somebody handing out coffe-/teapots instead?

It was a good stay. Breakfast time was too busy for my likes. Coffee machines had a lot of issues. The room was nice. They a have a few exceptional employees.

Location, in green space area of Nunspeet, close to town, and amneities restarurant breakfast was excellent even with a large group eating there although we were not part of the groups.

Het gebouw is oud maar het werd best goed gerenoveerd. Geluiden van aangrenzende kamers blijven moeilijk te beheersen. De kamers zijn best ruim. De badkamer is klein met een inloopdouche waarbij het toilet mee nat zal worden. Is niet zo erg. Wel had men beter voor een eenvoudige spiegel gekozen zonder diepe lijst van zo’n 15 centimeter of een wasbekken die met dezelfde afstand verder van de muur kwam (zie foto). En er was in feite voldoende plaats om voor een ruimere lavabo te kiezen) Al bij al zeker een aanrader gezien prijs/kwaliteit en inbegrepen uitstekend ontbijt!

Mooie locatie kamer voldoende personeel vriendelijke en behulpzaam eten was ook prima, parkeren was wat minder als het druk is moet je wel bij het pannenkoeken huis er naast parkeren maar daar was het ook erg druk maar het is opgelost.

Heel fijn hotel om in te verblijven, in een prachtige bosrijke omgeving. Let wel op met wat er allemaal gefactureerd wordt! Bij aankomst werden er parkeerkosten in rekening gebracht, terwijl dat gratis zou zijn. Ook de toeristenbelasting werd 2,5x hoger gefactureerd dan de daadwerkelijke toeristenbelasting. Ook werden er kosten gerekend voor 2x koffie met gebak terwijl daar een tegoedbon voor gebruikt was. Dus kijk je factuur goed na. 1x is een vergissing, maar 3x niet meer.

Prima verblijf, goede locatie voor fietsen of wandelen. Klein advies: zet op de site dat het betaald parkeren is. Klein bedrag maar toch wel zo netjes om te vermelden.

Zondag, 21 juli stond, na een hele flinke plensbui, onze auto bijna tot aan de bumper in het water. De man van de receptie heeft toen de auto naar het droge gebracht, ten koste van natte voeten. Wij waren vervolgens in staat de voorgenomen reis te vervolgen. Leve de service van dit hotel!

Gezellig familiehotel
Deze keer ( 5e keer ) in dit hotel niet echt tevreden. Thermostaat kraan van douche warm koud warm koud. Smal bed wat niet echt comfortabel lag. Voelde niet echt deze keer het familiehotel van wat we gewend zijn. Prijs / kwaliteit restaurant goed. Drankjes ook een redelijke prijs.
