The breakfast staff and food quality/variety was good. Room was small but mostly clean. We chose this hotel based on a previous Hotel Leonardo stay, but should have researched more. While the hotel itself is small but nice, staff is friendly, the area around has many boarded up buildings, shady looking motels, a derelict building with squatters is directly beside the hotel. Not the hotel's fault, but not being familiar with the area didn't feel comfortable going out after dark, especially since traveling with family.

Great location, clean and friendly staff
Arrived at the hotel around Midnight, pleasant greeting and given room info quickly. On the notes I requested a travel cot which was not provided, receptionist couldn’t do anything until the morning so headed to our room and unpacked. After unpacking we had a call from reception offering us a different room as it was a king bed so there was more room for the 3 of us. When we went to this room there was also a travel cot. Not sure if we were given wrong room initially or just pot luck there was a cot in this one. Both rooms were clean, and the second room was so spacious, our little one loved being able to crawl around the room. Initially thought the location was a little far away, but the old town was a 10 minute walk, and closest underground station a mere 5 minutes, and tram was even closer. So it turned out the location was great for us.

Hotel is located within walking distance to the old town. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful pointing out helpful information. What I didn't liked is that our room had the view from the window of an old abandoned and ruined building. Also, very small bathroom.

Nice, clean, and convenient
Hotel was quite nice. Rooms very clean. We did not have a car but walked everywhere. Convenient to Plarrer station. Breakfast was excellent. Staff spoke English and were very helpful giving directions and so on. The area in which the hotel is located is not as nice as some, but we had no problems walking all over the place. Only five minutes to the old town.

Parking not free!
In my search I ticked free parking and Leonardo was on a list of available hotels which I booked. However on arrivals we were told the parking wasn't free and cost 15 euros a day. I explained and asked to talk to the manager but no-one from the management was available. Although there were spaces available on Street but this left a bad experience. The bathroom was also very small.

Efficient but convenient and good price
Decent hotel, very efficient. Rooms small, bar small, billiards table small and not in amazing condition, but hey, at least they have one. Shower was slightly difficult to get in and out of. Sidewalk outside really small and kinda cobblestoned, so tricky to wheel luggage. Not located in the best couple of blocks in town, but only 3 blocks from the U-bahn and a major street. If you cross the major street, you are in the old walled city, so its location is not inconvenient.
