The room was small but that was not a surprise. We loved the location because it was so close to the Christmas market and old town. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

Staff was great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also very quiet even though my room faced the train station. Didn't hear a single thing overnight. The location can't be beat and I would stay here again.

Check out was 12 and they wouldn’t hold our bags until 12:30 thus we were not able to visit the castle. They should not advertise they will hold bags if not willing. The room was great. The bar on the top floor had good drinks but service was very slow.

Breakfast buffet was well stocked. Room was small but had a great view of old town Nuremberg. Room was often too warm so had to leave the window open. Area was perfect access to the christmas markets, bahnhof, and old town.
