Suite at the Renaissance - Holiday Maker feel
The suite, with breaksfast was actually cheaper than a standard room. The suite was incredible. Large with a living area, TV, large bed. Corner windows with an incredible view. Huge bathroom with japanese style robot toilet. Huge bath, shower and a walk in closet. There was a huge patio balcony too, with lounge chairs, sofa and rocking chair. Very generous with water in the room also. A must in Bali! The hotel itself has more of a 'holiday maker' feel to it. You could really be anywhere in the world. Depends if you want that sort of holiday resort feel, or something a little more authentic - you won't get that here. There were many pools to choose from, always space to grab a sunbed. Staff were really friendly and pleasant. But towels were always dirty and marked. The restaurants were nice, but we chose to mostly go out to eat and explore Nusa Dua for ourselves. Downsides... 1. Pool towels were always dirty, or marked, which made them seem dirty. 2. Difficult at times to get a member of staff to order a coffee at breakfast. It would be nice if staff came to you to take a drinks order when sitting down for breakfast. Overall - a fantastic stay in a superb suite. The staff definitely make this place.

Lovely pools, great staff and a convenient bus to the beach when we wanted to go to swim, sunbathe or snorkel. A really nice location and great for a family vacation.

The hotel is away from the Main Street however there is an hourly shuttle available. We had a pool access room which was fantastic. There are three restaurants however we only used the main one which has breakfast daily and offered a very large choice of food. We also went there for dinner on three occasions as the menu offers a wide range of cuisine. The staff are fabulous always friendly and happy to assist you. On the down side there were a few things that could be improved. The fabric chairs in the restaurant are really badly stained and need replacing. The glasses used at breakfast time unfortunately smell of egg and makes drinking water a bit unpleasant. No teaspoons are provided when ordering tea or coffee. These aren’t major issues but we’re noticeable during our 6 day stay.

Excellent hotel . Everything was fantastic . Staff are very friendly and helpfull . Rooms are exceptional . Very spacious rooms and well decorated with a very nice balcony . One of the best hotels i visited during the last 10 years . I will sure go back there again . Shout out to the staff at the swimming pool ( Yuniari ) who was very friendly and helpfull . ( Just a comment ti the hotel management team : Improve the shuttle bus service to the beach and make sure the driver is good and polite with customers )

We had such a lovely stay at renaissance. The peace and serenity we experienced everymorning on our morning stroll through the garden was perfect , surrounded by birds, Butterflies and gecko's, it felt like paradise every single day.  our ocean view room felt like a tree house as it over looked the forest and sea, the beds were unbelivably comfortable, the bath tub was HUGE,  the food was delicious, especially the balinese food  which was nothing like we've ever tired. We left the renaissance relaxed, rejuvenated and at peace. But the most memorable experience was the hospitality and care of the staff. We met some lovely people such as Dee , Didit and so many more.. A very special acknowledgement to Cintya from the navigator, who was incredible helpful with all our questions and needs, her kindness and professionalism made our stay exceptional ♡ we had a blessed holiday because these gorgeous people

Had a really enjoyable stay at Renaissance; service staff and cleanliness of the place were great, as was the provided hotel breakfast. Only negative was that the lap pool had some loose/broken tiles which might be a safety concern, so hopefully that is addressed by the hotel maintenance swiftly

The hotel its very nice. Staff very very good, they would do anything to make your staying pleasant. In the restaurant they charge tax 11% and service 10%. Thats ok but i didn't like that also they ask if you want to tip. Service = tip just to be clear. I understand the salaries are small for the waitresses but the hotel are charging the prices like in Europe and for sure they can offer similar salaries to the employee instead to ask the clients to pay for it. Just my opinion.

It’s a beautiful location and the facilities are very good. All the staff I encountered from the Pool guy Guna and the bar stafff, the chefs and even the gardeners were all so friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again :)
