Nice old house (145 m² + dependencies) in the center of Nyons (all amenities nearby).
Our house is on 2 levels with:
Ground floor: a large living-dining room (possibility to eat 12 tablespoons) with open kitchen (storage space, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), a back kitchen (gas stove and 2nd fridge, washing machine), lounge (sofa, TV), bedroom (bed 140) with shower room, separate wc.
Upstairs: 3 large bedrooms (2 with 140 beds and one with 4 bunk beds), shower room, separate wc.
Walled garden (450 m²), terrace shaded arbor plant, outbuilding with barbecue, sunbathing ...

Lovely home in downtown Nyons
Wonderful home and garden! Walking distance to centre ville and perfect place to hang out with family and friends. Well equipped kitchen, hair dryer and iron. We loved it there. Would definitely return.

Beautiful city house, renovated with taste, very conveniently placed
Very nice city house, conveniently located near the center of Nyons, but in a very quiet street. The house has been renovated with a lot of taste and opens on a garden that would be more welcoming if greener. Overall very nice experience

Weekend en famille
Très belle maison avec le charme de l’ancien, bien rénovée, et idéalement placée au centre de Nyons. On a particulièrement apprécié le jardin et son terrain de pétanque. Très bon niveau d’équipement et ambiance agréable. La literie est de qualité et comme le quartier est très calme on y dort très bien :-)

Belle maison au calme en ville
La maison est belle, spacieuse et acceuillante. La piste de petanque a servi tous les soirs, au grand bonheur du groupe. La riviere et la baignade, tout comme la belle ville de Nyons est à distance de pied. Lacceuil de Joel etait super, merci encore!

Nous sommes tomber sur un très beau weekend , avec un superbe marché en plus une foire sur deux jours . Le ci rcuit Barjavel ( 6 km environ ) belle découverte et joli point de vue .

La drome au printemps
Je détesterais sans doute cette destination en été à cause de la chaleur et de l'affluence. Mais c'est juste magique au printemps. J'apprécie la simplicité et la gentillesse des habitants de cette région sublime de France.

Réveillon St Sylvestre entre amis
Nous étions 9 amis et avons tous été ravis de ce séjour. Tout était parfait : accueil, propreté, maison chauffée avant notre arrivée, décoration de Noel, cachet de la maison, beaucoup d'équipement, d'ustensiles. Petit séjour en famille à la découverte de la Drôme provençale. Nyons propose entre un petit parcours -jeu pour les enfants dans son centre historique et un sentier des oliviers qui ont fait la joie de mes petits-enfants

Cette maison est très agréable, confortable, décorée avec goût et particulièrement bien équipée pour un couple ou une famille plus nombreuse. Nous avons d’ailleurs séjourné à 8 sans aucun problème. En outre elle est idéalement située, dans une rue très calme, à proximité immédiate des commerces et du centre-ville. Un lieu de villégiature à recommander.

Situation idéale au coeur de Nyons. Nous n'avons pas pris la voiture pendant 3 jours. Découverte de la ville et de ses environs. Belle randonnées, paysages magnifiques. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée. Juste un petit bémol sur la propreté. Je m'attendais à un logement impeccable vu le montant des frais de ménage. Une amélioration possible : un accès wifi car il n'y a qu'un opérateur efficace (Orange) dans la ville de Nyons.
