The front desk staff is extremely rude. They all need to be retrained. Also they take anybody’s debit/ credit card without checking any identification. The staff inside the cafe where the casino is are extremely rude ghetto and ratchet. Not sure what’s going on with this place but it gets worse and worse each time. They do not try to correct any issues either. I wouldn’t recommend staying there it’s not classy it very ghetto. People also smoke in non smoking and the workers don’t say anything. There’s trash everywhere cigarettes everywhere. The worse part is the front desk staff they need to be trained in customer service because they definitely do not have any. Terrible service my birthday they ruined it.

Staff and housekeeping personnel are excellent. Garrison’s Oak Steakhouse was delightful and Carlos was so professional and cordial. Food was yummy.

Exceeded expectations!
We stayed one night while visiting a friend in town. We stayed in an executive queen room and loved the amount of space we had. Beds were pretty comfy and the room/bathroom were really clean. The only negatives were the sliding door to the toilet was loud and kept catching on something we couldn’t see, and we could hear someone’s tv when we were trying to get to sleep. But it wasn’t very loud. Staff were really nice and we look forward to future stays.

My husband and I stayed here during a visit with our daughter. All hotel staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. Front desk was very personable and efficient. Housekeeping was wonderful! Coffee shop had great coffee and really nice staff. If I had to find a negative it would be the pillows. I like a lot of big pillows. We only had 4. 😆

I have stayed at Oak Grove Gaming a few times now. The rooms are very nice and clean. The food is outstanding (though very expensive). I never seem to win any money (although everyone around me seems to be doing quite well). I live not far from the casino, so it's a nice getaway for a day or two.

This is me and my wife's Little getaway overnight trip every now and we've been here several times now and are always satisfied with the staff for desk everything's always professional rooms good just overall in general there's nothing that I don't like but I wish they sold t-shirts of the casino
