The property was going through a lot of maintenance and had many issues. The gym, pool area and all public areas were very dirty. Our room had an issue with a leaking sink that they tried to fix many times.

The bathroom walls were dirty, as was the bathtub floor and shower walls. The light above the shower wasn’t working, but we could still see the dirt and scum. The carpeting throughout the building needs cleaning or replacing as it’s threadbare in places. Breakfast was just “okay,” would stay somewhere else next time.

Reservation not what was expected
Reservations were made on 5/21/24. A king bed room was chosen and it showed as 6 available for our date range. When checked in 6/6/24 were told “they ran out of king beds and instead gave us a room with 2 queen beds. If that is what we wanted we would have chosen that when the reservation was made. When we went in our room, the bathtub had mildew on the tub’s caulking which wasn’t appealing. Doesn’t your maid service staff clean?

Disappointed.
I stay at this hotel quiet frequently when I visit Fort Campbell. In a short period of time the hotel is not being maintained atva level it did when I first started staying there.

I don’t know why this hotel has a high rating. It’s filthy and not clean at all! We even asked for our shower to be clean because it was moldy and had black skid marks on the bottom and it still stayed the same
