Great place to stay
Bradley has a beautiful piece of property. Two tiny homes and two RV hookups. I stayed 6 nights in a tiny home and was the only person on the property, except for the family of deer that would come through. Great place to stay. Very comfortable and clean. I’m in love with the shower head. Not a fan of charcoal grills but I knew about it and made it work. Great area to visit New River National Park, state parks and whitewater rafting. It is a tiny home so be mindful of your party size. It was just me so it worked but

Bday getaway
Bradley was great with communication and promptness in responses. The tiny house was clean and orderly. Minor problem with grabage and door being unlock. However, these issues were quickly addressed by Bradley. Outside not really kept up.

More like a really small home
My friends and I had a great time staying at Oak Hill Resort. We said that it wasn't a tiny home, but a really small home because the space was utilized so well. We had plenty of room and the outdoor area was great! Only issue we had is finding the place because the roads we needed to be on did not have road signs (Castco Greenhouse has no sign, Allman road has no sign, and there is no sign for Oak Hill Resort). We also checked in after dark due to flight delays so that made things extra tricky.

Exactly what I was looking for!
Extremely quiet and chill spot. One other tiny house and a couple RV hookups available, but no one else was on the property while I was there. Clean and had the kitchen extras for making my own food. Fridge has a small freezer on top, so that was super helpful. Only 15 mins from rafting companies. 10 mins from stores. I plan to stay here again when I'm in town for events.

Great time
We loved our stay! The tiny home was so cute and cozy and was the perfect size for just the two of us when we knew we would be out a lot during the day anyway. Close distance to lots of trailheads for New River Gorge and the company we went white water rafting with. Really enjoyed our experience!

Weekend getaway
Adorable tiny home just the right size for a family of 3. Our 10 year old loved the loft. And we enjoyed how thought out home was. We didn’t get the chance to take advantage of the back deck (rain one night & gone the next night) but it’s a very nice set up. We came down for Bridge Day (& if you’ve never been you gotta go!) and this home was in a good location to get to Fayetteville and see the sights at Hawks Nest and the New River National Park easily.

Perfect home base for area adventures
We stayed at Oak Hill Resort while in the area for the Scout Jamboree at nearby Summit Bechtel Reserve. The tiny house was great for two adults and our son who is the size of an adult. He loved the loft. Everything was well organized and comfortable. The shower was very nice. I really enjoyed relaxing by the fire outside after we returned from the day’s adventures. We kept seeing a doe and fawn waking through the woods and field. Lots of hawks in the trees too. The fireflies and stars were beautiful at night. There are roosters who crow in the morning, and it’s just the right volume (not too loud) to be charming. You pass a yard full of cute goats and chickens on the way through the neighborhood to get to the house, and we slowed down each time to enjoy them, especially the tiny ones. Lots of food options in the nearby towns.
