Beautiful hotel, great breakfast. I dont understand why there is a $10 fee to park. There is plenty of land and parking and to add a fee for parking is nickel and dining people. Just add it on top of the price so we know the real price when booking. I never get charges for parking in remotw locations.

Pros: Clean and comfortable. Cons: First and most important to me…once there they charge a 10$ parking fee. Now, this is a run of the mill parking lot. Not a covered parking lot…not a fancy parking lot. Yet, they charge 10$ a vehicle. I did notice the parking lot included dog poo and old banana peels. While they aren’t to blame for customers nasty habits-they apparently could afford a parking lot attendant to clean the area if they wanted to. The breakfast was abit lacking to…not terrible but not the best I ve seen.

Service is out-standing
We had an excellent experience with various staff here. We had arrived earlier than expected and asked if they could hold on to our bags until check-in. The front desk lady said she would see if one or both our rooms were cleand and available. And, lucky for us! One was ready. We were able to leave our bags in the one room and explorer Yosemite. Also, in the morning for breakfast, there was an incredibly sweet and hard-working lady. She was all by her lonesome and this place was packed! She worked her tail off accomodating us all. The food was hot: Scrambled eggs and sausage. Side note: If you are staying multiple days, they do not do housekeeping every day. Just a "refresh" if requested.

Overall great property as a gateway to Yosemite. Stayed 3 nights. Staff was excellent, fresh coffee prepared early and a good overall breakfast befor starting days in Yosemite. Rooms and facility very clean and well keep.
