We are located 3 miles from Oakhurst, 11 miles from the south gate of Yosemite National Park, and 4 miles from popular Bass Lake. Perfect for those wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of the city or just a stopover on the way to Yosemite. Located on Lewis Creek at 3000' elevation offers cool summers and mild winters. The quiet neighborhood has a private park just 1/2 block away with a waterfall and swimming hole great for children, either 2 or 4-legged, where they can safely experience nature. The accommodations are perfect for two. There is a large bathroom with a claw foot tub, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private patio with a BBQ. There are several restaurants in Oakhurst as well as dining at Bass Lake. You'll have complete access to Lewis Creek to enjoy during your leisure time. The house below is also a BnB. The two houses are completely separate from one another sharing nothing except the entrance to the driveway. A 50" smart TV is viewable from the living room and bedroom.

Along the river of peace and serenity…
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in this wonderful little cottage! We felt safe and the sound of the river was such a bonus! Thank you for allowing pets too! Our Aussie loved hanging out and watching the plump, gray squirrels! ;) We also enjoyed the drive from your location to Yosemite! Absolutely stunning views! We hope to stay again in the near future!

Everything we needed
Great location proximity wise to Yosemite National Park. The place was quaint and comfy, antique feel. It had everything we needed to sleep, rest, cook. The host was perfect and didn't bug us during the stay but also immediately responsive. I would recommend to include a brand new kitchen sponge, for some reason that always makes me feel better about the cleanliness of dishes when the visitor is responsible for washing all the dishes. We brought our dogs and they loved the creek area, but a little dangerous for our toddler but that's on us as parents. I thought the location was beautiful and just what we needed. Thank you!

Nice little cottage close to town and Yosemite spent our days in the park, evenings by the creek relaxing in the water it was hot so that dip in the creek was needed we spent a week at the cottage. the cleaning lady checked on us. For fresh towels was nice of her. And gave us fresh flowers for the window sill and more supplies Thanks

Yosemite first timers
My husband and I loved our stay! Great little cottage perfect for the two of us and our pups on our first trip to Yosemite. We appreciated that the cottage was dog friendly and was in a quiet neighborhood. Lewis creek was an added bonus. It is not a far drive into Yosemite and was perfect for our stay. Had everything we needed.
