This property is under Renovation. Construction is all over. The room is clean, new, and comfortable. The staff who helped us check in at 23:00 was rude; it looked like he did not like what he was doing. And he should not come to work if he behaves like that. No customer service at all!!! We booked two rooms, and he gave us one room. And he called another client. So I reminded him that we booked 2rooms. He didn't even acknowledge me that I was asking him for the 2nd room. Then he kept mumbling in front of everybody. So, I asked him if he was okay. ( because he looked so angry). Then he answered me, “You're asking too many questions?” and kept mumbling while assisting other clients. We waited until all clients in the queue were served. Then, he came back in front of him for the 2nd room key. He never apologized, no eye contact, nothing. It seems like he is entitled and the boss. We wouldn't mind the renovation and everything if the customer service was excellent. But our experience was terrible because of the first encounter, which made the impression last. We will never be back in Marriot; our experiences were awful.
