To start. The house was gorgeous and in a great location that's the only reason I didn't give it one star. We arrived on Thursday before the rest of the guess traveled in on Friday and Saturday, I did a walk through to check out the condition of the house. There was a broken window in a downstairs bedroom. I called custom service asap to info them. I was advised someone from the "local team" would reach out. I called twice, with no returned call. Then my wife noticed a rotten egg/sewage smell from the bathroom water. So we checked all the running water and it all smelled like rotten egg/sewage. The water didn't smell safe for cooking, bathing or even brushing our teeth. So i made a third call and was advised I would here from the "local team" asap. Friday morning still with no contact from the "local team" I called again. Again, still no returned call. At this point, my other guess were in route. I made a fourth call... At this point I was getting upset.. I was given the option to see if they could move us to a different location or leave and get a full refund. During all this, my mother called a plumber. As guest started to arrive, Friday afternoon into the evening. I received a call that they found new house about 5 miles away. After a few more guess arrive I spoke to them and the sleeping arrangements in the new house wouldn't work. So purchased a lot of bottled water to avoid moving. A guest also informed me of a broken TV in the second downstairs bedroom.
