Room felt crowded with unnecessary desk space on one side of television. Water was not refilled very often in lobby and breakfast was very limited. Area where breakfast was served also felt crowded as space was too small and hotel was busy that weekend.

Clean, quiet and comfy. It checks all the boxes.
Hotel was clean and quiet. Bed was comfy. Hot breakfast was served everyday. Great view of the city. The only bad thing was their system was down when I arrived. It made checking in a bit more cumbersome than it should have been.I needed staff to open my room for me. No wifi, and I had an important Zoom meeting that evening. It made for a stressful few hours, but everything was working normally in time for my meeting. The front desk was professional through it all. I'm sure they were stressed out too with their system being down, but the front desk woman was calm through it all. Kudos to them. There is also a $25 parking fee per night. I suppose one should expect it in the city, but it does get pricey when you stay more than one day. Despite the tech issues, which is probably a rare occurrence, and the parking fee, I would stay here again. It checks all the important boxes.

Everything very positive, comfy room and clean hotel. Very good breakfast. Only issue a slight smell of smoke in my room, not strong enough to affect my stay but still perceivable
