We’ve stayed here a couple times now… it’s actually not that bad just for a place to sleep, and serves its purpose. It’s a short walk to Chinatown, the ferry port to take into SF, and lots of dining choices for many budgets.

The hotel is very outdated. The hallway carpet was soiled. The linen on one of the beds was soiled. The sink was rusted. Breakfast was terrible!

The customer service team was excellent but the hotel in general as a atmosphere needed a facelift there was mold on the ceiling &no comforter on beds I won’t stay there again but it was close to entertainment and restaurants that were outstanding
