the room has no refrigerator, cheap indian front desk said needs to pay extra $20 to get a room with refrigerator, otherwise call Expedia to complaint. Air conditioning power on/off is cracked, only a hole buttom, front desk had to run up to turn it on with his unfriendly faced. cheap indian property owner set-up the water sink runs too slow and the sink pipe is too loose and annoyed.room has cockroaches. no coffee maker, no drinking water. coffee and water at the front desk and the y looked the front desk door unitl 8am. there were condoms on the sidedoor entrance

I am writing to express my disappointment and why I did NOT stay in your hotel. Unfortunately, the services provided did not meet the standards expected based on your online reputation. The room was not properly maintained and showed signs of neglect, as evidenced by the attached image showing cockroaches. Furthermore, the room assigned to me was supposed to be non-smoking, yet it reeked of cigarette smoke. As a parent, I could not subject my children to such an environment. I kindly request a full refund as the hotel did not meet cleanliness standards. Thank you for addressing this issue.

This place is garbage it smells so bad nasty place the manager of this property is very disrespectful and treat the guests very bad I don’t recommend this place for anyone I will not came to this dirty nasty smelly place again even if they give me the room for free I won’t spend the night on this dirty place

They never cleaned my room they cleaned it once when asked them if the maid service card works he said you don’t need that they don’t speak English so he took my card they never cleaned my room after that I’m very upset I should be reimbursed
