The stay was fine. We did have to pay $25 for parking which is not really the best for a hotel which should have free parking for its customers. Also first thing in the morning we came out to our car which had 2 smashed out windows. Nothing was stolen as we had nothing in the car. So there is no parking lot surveillance or monitoring. Not good. The hotel staff did help us by oroviding a vacuum to vacuum and clean up all the glass shattered inside the car. What a mess. Don't think I'll be staying there again.

The only thing that annoyed me was the ice machine did not work on my floor. When I was finally able to reach the front desk he seemed to have attitude about me calling regarding the ice. I didn’t want to have to go from floor to floor asking which floor had ice. He stated every floor should have ice even after I told him mines did not. I ended up going to the 10th floor no ice and then the 11th floor where I found ice!
