The hospitality and cleanliness was excellent. However the 2 reasons I selected this hotel (due to pictures on the website) were no longer in service. The Marina was closed (I think front desk said 2yrs) and there’s been no room service since Covid. Was a little disappointed.

Nice spot but they scam you for parking. I asked if there was street parking (arrived at night and it was dark) and was told "I'd get towed". The next morning, come to realize there's plenty of street parking.. And a big lot next door,

Nicely located hotel a bit off the beaten path
We often stay at this hotel when in the area and enjoy the setting. It is off the beaten path in an area of the former marina that looks as though it is waiting to be redeveloped. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The only down side is the additional fee for parking and the change from a full breakfast buffet to a continental breakfast. Very nice option with comfortable rooms in a building with a number of wings/hallways. It feels a bit dated but it doesn’t affect the cleanliness or comfort.

The property is old and the rooms could benefit with a paint. The room is huge though which is great with 2 suitcases. I got a lukewarm shower at 5pm, but my husband had a hot shower at 7.30pm. We did ring the front desk with a noise complaint at midnight, then I went to the front desk, 10mins later and they hadn’t actioned my complaint. Apart from that I would recommend this hotel. Close to airport and lovely location.

This stay was pretty good except for the heating system kept blowing cold air we had to keep adjusting the thermostat. It would work fine for a little while and then start blowing cold air, we just bundled up so we didn’t make issue out of it Rm.240
