Couldn’t Be Better

We stayed for a holiday ski trip for our kids. The location was perfect - close to the slopes and restaurants, but in a quiet and private neighborhood. The house was great as well. We had plenty to do and lots of space for everyone. Hosts are very attentive and the whole process was super easy. Highly recommend!

Short Stay

Neil’s place was wonderful for a quick weekend getaway. It was clean, had ample room, with everything you need. We were able to cook dinner and breakfast, enjoy the open living room and had an extremely comfortable stay. The setting was beautiful outdoors as well! We’ll be back.

Great cabin with lots to do!

Our stay was amazing! Everything was nice, clean, and as advertised! We really appreciated the host’s hospitality, providing some extra amenities that not every house offers. We were 5 mins from where we rented our boat, and had a ton of fun enjoying the outdoors for a weekend.

Summer Vacay to Deep Creek

My family of 4 including our dog, stayed at this cute and cozy cabin for 6 days. The cabin fit us perfectly. The porch has a gate so you can enjoy the sounds of nature and relax on the porch swing while your kids or dog hang outside with you and no worries of them leaving the porch. The deck has a gate as well, but it wasn't attached, so we couldn't enjoy the deck with the dog as much as we would have wanted to. The cabin has a lot to offer. The kitchen is really nice, as well as the fireplace. Very nice furniture and the beds were very comfy. My kids really enjoyed the bunkbeds along with the star ceiling projector. The neighborhood is quiet and very peaceful. Lots of nature walks for us and the dog. The location of the cabin was great and it only took us 5-10 mins (probably less) to get to our desired destinations. Neil is a great host and checked in to make sure everything was going well for us. I would definitely recommend this cabin and stay here again with my family.

Good overall

Overall a great stay and really good experience with the owner. Couple things which aren’t the owners fault is one bed wasn’t made and the water wasn’t replaced (5gal bottle). Aside from those minor items the experience was great.

Great Experience

Very cozy place absolutely no complaints. Have stayed at many locations and can honestly say Neil by far was the best at checking in and making sure we had a great experience. Perfect Winter Cabin

Everyone loved our stay here! The location was great, super close to Wisp for skiing and tubing. Nice amenities to keep the kids and adults busy. Comfy beds too! Loved sitting in the hot tub with snow falling. Saw a few deer in the back yard on our last morning there. Would stay again, and highly recommend! The owners were super responsive with a few questions we had too.

Christmas 2023 We rented the cabin for a 2.5 days. We got there on Christmas Day.🎄 I ask if we could get an early check in and I was able to go 2 hours early to start preparing Christmas dinner. The owners messaged us several times leading up to the visit, Great communication. They even sent us a text the day of arrival to make sure check in went smoothly. There was a nice welcome sign on the table and and a book of all the todo's. The home was clean and neat. Once there I messaged owners about the grill and let them know we would be using it and I understood the agreement w using it. We were not even there but 10 minutes and they sent someone to make sure we had propane. The person took one of the empty tanks and came back with a full new tank. I can't say how much this was appreciated. It's Christmas Day. We would have been driving around to find a place. There was a small christmas tree in the living room and plenty of room for everyone . It seemed bigger than the pictures. It was a rainy 3 days so having games, cards, dartboard, and karaoke. All included was a big hit. Each room had the personal towels, washcloths for showering. Plenty of cooking utensils, cups, plates. The house is pet friendly and one of the reasons we chose it. The hot tube was nice on the rainy nights. It's a great location to everything. Adorable cabin in the woods

My friends and I (6 adults) stayed at Jamesons Cabin for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Neil was very communicative both before and during our stay and promptly answered questions that came up while we were there. The setting is beautiful, the back area is densely wooded, and feels secluded, but you do hear some noise at times from the main road which is about a block away. But the cabin location is great, basically it’s within 15 minutes of most Deep Creek hot spots. The kitchen is well stocked and met all our needs. We kept ourselves so busy we didn’t use all of the amenities, but really appreciated the fire pit and hot tub. Overall, a lovely stay!

Fantastic cabin

This was the first time for my family to vacation to Deep Creek. We only stayed 2 nights at this beautiful cabin but thoroughly enjoyed our time. The cabin is in a great location and extremely clean. The host Neil went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Minor issue of not having darts for the dartboard. Neil sent over cake pops for the kids to enjoy. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Deep Creek!

Lovely Home with Excellent Hosts

We loved our stay at Jameson’s cabin. It was 5 minutes away from our boat rental at Aquatic Center, yet in a quiet and secluded neighborhood. The house was one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, cookware, etc that you would need. Lots of fun activities in the house for our kids - arcade, karaoke, putting green and board games. The beds were comfortable, washer/dryer worked well and the hot tub was cleaned prior to our arrival. There was a basket of snacks waiting for us after our drive and they even had birthday balloons and decor set up for a family member! So sweet and thoughtful. Would highly recommend Jameson’s cabin and look forward to returning!

Great Stay

The place was spotless and in the middle of things at Deep Creek! Many wonderful amenities as well as being both secluded and quiet. The loft May be too hot for summer use but did not affect us since we were a family of four. Look forward to staying here again this fall/winter.

Everything We Expected and More :)

House looked exactly like the pictures. Even though it’s right off the road, it’s extremely secluded and private. Very quiet and relaxing few days. We used the fire pit, hot tub and grill and tried out the darts and karaoke machine. Everything worked perfectly and was easy to figure out. The king bed was extremely comfy and the large TV in the bedroom was a plus to be able to relax with some Netflix before bed. Not to mention being able to bring our pet along! Had a whole area right off the kitchen perfect for his food & bed. Neil was extremely communicative and checked in frequently, ready to answer any questions! When we first arrived the code on the front door hadn’t updated yet and he had an immediate response to help us get in! Will definitely be interested in staying again. :) Also located close to everything we needed.

Perfect Getaway

The cabin was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The location is perfect to rent a boat, go to the park, or grab some dinner. This was our first trip to Deep Creek, MD, and it was the perfect getaway for our family. The owner was extremely responsive and kind. The cabin was spotless, very clean, and nicely decorated. We would highly recommend!!!
