The hotel is less than 7 years old and so is still pretty new and not run-down. So it is a good value for what you pay. I will be coming back here next time I am in town.

The hotel is lovely - good location, safe area, walking, lots of grass for my dog, and close to a gas station and the highway. The halls however are NOT SOUND PROOF and a million people / kids were running, yelling, and slamming doors until well after 11PM. Also heard absolutely every foot step from the room upstairs! Driving 12 hours today and I have not slept at all. Stayed on a Sat night and it might have been better had I not had a room by the pool and first floor exit door.

Property was fairly clean, breakfast was good and pool was nice. Only flaw I think is that the maintenance person could do better. Hotel seems like it is “falling apart”. Many cracks in drywall. Also, our hotel description was wrong, we did not have a pull out sofa bed. Only the bed and a chair.

Reservation was cancelled without notifying me in any manner. I called 30 minutes before arrival and was assured I had a room. Drove all the way there. They were all booked up and had given our room away. Was forced to drive two hours home at 1 am exhausted. Lack of notice either through email or text or hotel.com app. Unacceptable. Very upset.

The hotel was bright and clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. The only downfall was the amount of noise that came from the floor above us. After going to an evening event, we got back to the hotel around 1:15am. We could hear walking and the floor above us creaking. This lasted on and off the rest of the morning, waking us up every so often. At 7:00 am, it became more frequent and noisier. If we stay again, we might need to bring some ear plugs.
