Casa Quinta Mar is a beautiful country house, with large gardens and pool, located in Santa Maria del Tule, where you can find the millenary ahuehuete, Tule tree, visited every year by thousands of tourists from all over the world. Less than 20 minutes away from Oaxaca City, it is an incredible opportunity to enjoy the country life, walking and cycling routes, walks around town, and of course the incredible experience of staying with us.
We have dedicated areas for your "home office" new lifestyle, wireless internet up to 150 MB speed!

Our house has just been remodeled, the finishes and details have been carefully selected so that your visit is full of comfort, and you can appreciate through the textiles and crafts part of the authenticity of our land.
Our spaces blend with nature, allowing you to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and from here you can visit the wonderful land of Oaxaca.

Guests can use all the facilities of the accommodation, including swimming pool, sports courts, gardens, barbecue, etc. Only the access to the apartment on the upper floor is restricted and its hiring is subject to availability, up to 4 more guests, paying an extra fee. The garden in the back is of restricted use.

Beautiful house in the outskirts of Oaxaca
The house is in the quiet outskirts of the city of Oaxaca in Santa Maria De Tule. It is clean, well furnished and beautiful. The host is very attentive and is always available should something arise. This house is perfect if you plan to visit Hierve El Agua, Mitla or if you want to have peace and quiet and enjoy some relaxing time. The house has plenty of space for all guests. The pool and outdoor space is fantastic. You could easily fire up the grill and have an outdoor lunch. There is a big grassy area for kids to run around and play. The house is about 15 minutes walk to downtown, and the host will provide you with a list of recommended restaurants and amenities. If you do not have a car, she recommends a taxi driver that is really helpful. The host and her staff take great care of the space, and can help tidying up inside if you so choose. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils for daily cooking. The only drawback is that the last eight of a mile to get to the house is not paved, so in rainy season it can get muddy in case you walk. It is well worth a visit. You will not regret it!
