Lovely Old Building in premium Centro location!
I really liked this place. Perfect location, friendly staff, beautiful property and room. I wish the balcony wasn't sealed off, but that is a minor issue. Be warned there's no elevator.

Hotel de la parra is perfectly situated on a quiet street close to the main square. The staff is super friendly and helpful with scheduling a taxi pick-up for our red-eye flight. They were right on time. This really is one of the best deals we've seen in Oaxaca city! We had the suite with a large bathtub and huge bathroom. Also slept like a log in the king sized bed and comfy pillows. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is super well located in the city's heart and close to fine dining, touristic places, and museums. I liked it very much. The staff is professional, efficient, diligent, always there to help you, and very kind with a great smile. Food is excellent and home made, it feels like you are at home.

The hotel is quaint and charming. I loved the “old world” charm of the hotel. The pool area and the breakfast courtyard are simply beautiful. The hotel is quiet, so great for sleeping. Staff is very helpful. The breakfast is delicious. The location is perfect, very walkable to all the great restaurants and market in center. I would love to visit there again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Property is nice and I love what they stand for. However, I had to check out of this hotel and book a new one because the beds were so uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep all night. Beds were hard as rocks.

Property was nice and clean. Staff was friendly but we had an issue with misinformation given to us by the staff for a taxi ride to the airport. We were quoted one price upon reservation and when we reached the airport we were given another price (much higher). The taxi driver called the hotel and the front office lady told us the price quoted to us was a mistake by the other worker. Not professional.
