Es una propiedad muy linda. El area de alberca muy agusto y el bar muy buena atencion. El desayuno esta muy bueno pero son muy lentos y las chicas no tan amables. No hay elevador lo cual lo hace incomodo con maletas. Creo que el costo esta elevado para los servicios del hotel.

Booked a junior suite and was upgraded to master suite. Very nice room. Noise cancellation windows were a big plus as the hotel is on the zocalo and super noisy at night. The pool is a very tranquil. You feel like you are in a quiet garden not the busy hustle of downtown Oaxaca. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Most speak English The hotel is old and like most places in Mexico has trouble with water and sewage, but overall would highly recommend the hotel. It’s in the perfect location.

The hotel was wonderful, small, with two beautiful courtyards, close to the Zocalo (the center of town) on a street with no traffic. The staff was also wonderful. We loved every minute there.

Everything about this property is quite nice except room 104 which has no window or natural light and feels like a cell. The staff is gracious and giving. The pool is very fine and the breakfasts are good. It’s just room 104 which was claustrophobic but rooms 108 and 109 are excellent

A lovely boutique hotel built in 1690. Very nice staff. But some plumbing problems that seemed to be hard to fix. Overall a very nice reasonably priced hotel right on the Zocalo

The rooms had a cockroach infestation (coming from the drains) and smelled like sewage. The first 2 days we didnt have any running water. The evening front desk people didnt speak a word of English. I would not recommend this hotel!

It appears to be a very old building, but everything has been restored to original condition and the room was impeccable. There was an issue with my reservation (I had paid in full for the entire stay for the best room in the facility, but I was told that because “I cancelled “ the room was given to someone else.they were very apologetic about the mixup, but I never got the room I wanted. They did refund the difference.

La propiedad en general es muy bonita y la conservan bien.. El desayuno incluido muy rico y el staff muy amable. Pero la habitación que nos asignaron estaba terrible, la decoración como si hubieran juntado los muebles que les sobraron de la casa de alguien, muebles viejos y de mala calidad. Las toallas percudidas y las sábanas rasposas. Pero sobre todo el último día hubo una bomba de agua o máquina que hizo ruido fuerte toda la noche. Me quejé pero no se solucionó el problema. Las coladeras del baño olían a caño por ratos, muy desagradable. Francamente yo no volvería a llegar ahí.
