I enjoyed the hotel very much, I also love the complementary water that we were provided daily plus how clean the hotel was. The only shortcoming for me would be having perhaps a microwave in the lobby, a better wifi service. The staff is super nice

It was clean. Older with sinks that sometimes gave hot water, sometimes not. Showers always have hot. Rooms dark. If you don’t speak Spanish you may have trouble communicating with the staff. Staff all friendly, willing to help & accommodating. Central location. Good pricing.

THe hotel is simple and basic, but the location is incredible. You are in the middle of everything. Is totally worth it.

An “okay” property: not fancy but clean; water seemed to be turned off (at least inside my room), during nighttime, but, was back on in the morning. Felt safe, mostly quiet. Reasonable value for the price.

Check-in was fine. They close the doors to get into the hotel around 11:30pm. It’d have been nice to know that before, rather than having to bang on the window and hope for the best. Booked two nights. Came back the second night and they’d given away our room. Luckily we didn’t leave anything in there. They put us in another room that was the same size. The second room was really moist though. Bed was firm. Sheets were clean. Check out was a breeze. The woman working there that morning was really cool and polite.

The location to this hotel was great. The only problem was that the WiFi did not work and that I had my lipstick stolen from my room. So I purposely left my lipstick out because i was going to be coming back to my room with an hour or two. When I came back to change and touch up my make up .the room was cleaned and my lipstick was gone. SO DO NOT LEAVE YOU VALUABLE OUT WHERE IT CAN BE SEEN.

Good hot water/ good location
Last minute New Years Eve weekend trip so this was our only option. Good WiFi and plenty of hot water. But room was dark and somehow humid. We thought $80 was a bit spendy for what you get, but shame on us for not planning better. I wouldn't have felt good paying more than $30/nt if it wasn't an extremely busy holiday weekend. Friendly staff.

I got lucky and was able to book this hotel as a last minute reservation for Dia de Los Muertos celebrations so I didnt really have high expectations. The hotel is in the best location possible - away from the massive busyness of the area, but convenient enough to walk to everything. It has the most bare minimum amenities and look inside the room-literally, bed, a sink in the corner, a stand up shower with a curtain and a toilet. The towels looked old and dirty despite being clean. I wish there was something to protect us from the mosquitoes inside the room. We got attacked! Staff was super helpful. Thanks Oaxacalli for having us!
